Hamilton® CapTel® for Business, Interconnected by Tenacity™ is available to individuals who experience hearing loss and have difficulty hearing on the phone while in the workplace. Hamilton CapTel displays captions of what’s being said on a Cisco® phone screen, ensuring clarity and confidence on every business call. All that’s required is a Cisco phone and the Hamilton CapTel for Business application.

Hamilton CapTel is available in English 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Spanish captions are available 7am to 11pm CT, seven days a week. Note: Spanish captions are not available for Hamilton CapTel for Business at this time.
Advanced voice recognition software is used to process calls and as necessary, a live Captioning Assistant (CA) generates captions of what's said.
All calls remain strictly confidential. As required by law, Hamilton CapTel Captioning Assistants (CA) are not permitted to disclose information or retain any records of a conversation. Hamilton CapTel does NOT retain any records, documents or recordings of any conversation.
Captions of recent conversations can be saved for review. Captions are only saved on your device and are not accessible by the CA or Hamilton CapTel.
There is no charge for captioned telephone service* while using the Hamilton CapTel phone. Likewise, there is no charge to register for Hamilton CapTel accounts or to use captioned telephone service. There are no limits on the length of your calls or the number of calls you place or receive.
If you just can’t hear on the phone, Hamilton CapTel allows you to listen and read what’s said to you – ensuring clarity and confidence on every call. Hamilton CapTel is available 24/7 and is a nationwide service made available at no cost to the user. So whether you’re at home, in the office or on the go, captions from Hamilton CapTel are available for every call.
