A Hamilton® CapTel® Account enables you to use the Captioned Telephone service on a variety of devices, including a smartphone, tablet, or computer, along with Hamilton® CapTel® for Business, Interconnected by Tenacity™ on a Cisco® business phone. Additionally, a Hamilton CapTel Account is needed to obtain a Call Me # which allows you to receive calls on whichever device you’re logged into.*

Using Hamilton CapTel On Various Devices
Register for a Hamilton CapTel Account to receive your own personal Call Me # and receive calls with captions on the smart device or computer of your choice. This free phone number makes it possible for anyone to call you, allowing you to receive captions of your phone calls.
Find your Hamilton CapTel Call Me # today:
Simply log into your Hamilton CapTel Account, visit Settings, and you’ll find your Call Me # next to your registered profile name. It’s that easy. Plus, your Hamilton CapTel Call Me # is free!
Using your Call Me # with Hamilton Mobile CapTel
Once you have registered for a Hamilton CapTel Account, in order to receive captions on incoming calls, you’ll want to enable Call Forwarding from within your mobile device Settings. Enabling Call Forwarding allows others to call you using your mobile device’s phone number. You’ll answer the call from within the Hamilton Mobile CapTel app and receive captions. This means you won’t need to share your Call Me # with others. And, from within the Hamilton Mobile CapTel app, you can select Settings and set up Custom Caller ID so people see your mobile device number as the number you’re calling from.
Using your Call Me # with Hamilton Web CapTel
When you log into Hamilton Web CapTel on your computer, you can receive calls with captions directly on your computer using your Call Me #. Enable Call Forwarding from your mobile device to your Call Me # so others can dial your same, familiar number.
Use your Hamilton CapTel Account with Hamilton CapTel for Business, Interconnected by Tenacity
Hamilton CapTel for Business allows people with hearing loss to place and receive calls with captions at work using their Cisco phone. When registering for a Hamilton CapTel Account, be sure to complete the Hamilton CapTel for Business Users Only section to establish your User ID Number and PIN for logging in to Hamilton CapTel on your Cisco phone.
