From approximately 3:38 PM CT to approximately 5:03 PM CT on November 18, 2024, Hamilton Web CapTel, Mobile CapTel, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) IP CapTel phone users experienced a technical issue which prevented incoming and outgoing calls. This interruption did not affect Hamilton's non-VoIP CapTel phone or Hamilton's CapTel for Business interconnected by Tenacity users. Service has been restored to the affected users and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
From approximately 5:00 AM CT to approximately 3:10 PM CT on January 30, 2024, certain Hamilton Web CapTel, Hamilton Mobile CapTel, Hamilton CapTel internet-only phones, and Hamilton CapTel for Business, interconnected by Tenacity users experienced a technical issue which prevented incoming and outgoing calls to and from affected users. This interruption did not affect all users of these products, nor did it affect any Hamilton Hybrid CapTel phone users. Service has been restored to the affected users and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
From approximately 10:24 AM CST to 12:03 PM CST on May 1, 2023, Hamilton Mobile CapTel, Hamilton Web CapTel, and Hamilton VoIP IP CTS phones experienced a technical issue which prevented incoming calls from reaching affected devices. This partial interruption did not impact users of Hamilton CapTel non-VoIP phones, Hamilton CapTel PSTN phones, or Hamilton CapTel for Business, interconnected by Tenacity. All users were able to place outbound calls, including 911, at all times. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
From approximately 3:22 pm CT to 4:24 pm CT on July 13, 2022, Hamilton Mobile CapTel and Hamilton Web CapTel experienced technical issues which affected certain outbound calls. This partial interruption did not impact users of Hamilton CapTel for Business or Hamilton's CapTel phones. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Hamilton CapTel for PC/Mac, Smartphones and Tablets experienced technical issues which affected web and wireless captions. This issue occurred from approximately 5:38 am CT to 8:00 am CT on March 16, 2022. This caption interruption did not impact users of Hamilton CapTel for Business or Hamilton's CapTel phones. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Hamilton CapTel for PC/Mac, Smartphones and Tablets experienced technical issues which affected web and wireless outbound toll-free calls on the platform from approximately 8:59 am CT to 11:45 am CT on February 25, 2022. This partial interruption did not impact users of Hamilton's CapTel phones. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Hamilton CapTel for PC/Mac, Smartphones, Tablets and Hamilton CapTel for Business experienced technical issues which affected calls on the platform from approximately 3:49 pm to CT 5:29 pm CT on May 22, 2020. This partial interruption did not impact users of Hamilton's CapTel phones. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Hamilton CapTel for PC/Mac, Smartphones, Tablets and Hamilton CapTel for Business experienced intermittent technical issues which affected certain calls on the platform from approximately 8:07 am CT on January 29, 2020 to 8:30 am CT on January 30, 2020. This interruption did not impact users of Hamilton's CapTel phones. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Some users of Hamilton CapTel for PC/Mac, Smartphones, and Tablets experienced an unforeseen partial service interruption between 12:05 pm CT on October 3, 2018 and 12:58 pm CT on October 4, 2018. During this period users were able to place calls, but some users were not able to receive calls via their Call Me #. During this time 911 service to all Hamilton users was unaffected. This interruption did not impact users of Hamilton's CapTel phones or Hamilton CapTel for Business. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Hamilton CapTel for PC/Mac, Smartphones, Tablets, and Business experienced an unforeseen service interruption on May 11, 2018 from 2:33 pm CT to 3:20 pm CT. During this period users were not able to process a call. This interruption did not impact users of Hamilton's CapTel phones. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Hamilton CapTel for PC/Mac, Smartphones and Tablets experienced an unforeseen partial service interruption between January 23, 2018 and March 17, 2018. During such period, inbound calls made to web and mobile users who did not have a Call Me # were not able to be completed. This interruption impacted less than 1% of all inbound calls made to Hamilton CapTel web and wireless users. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Hamilton CapTel for Business experienced an unforeseen interruption in service from approximately 10:24 pm CT on January 14, 2018 to 7:57 am CT on January 15, 2018, and from 5:19 am CT on January 16, 2018 to 7:59 am CT on January 16, 2018. This interruption did not impact users of the Hamilton CapTel Phones. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Hamilton CapTel for PC/Mac, Smartphones and Tablets experienced an unforeseen interruption in service on August 10, 2016 from approximately 8:43 am through 9:14 am CT. On February 27, 2015 Hamilton CapTel experienced an unforeseen interruption in service from approximately 9:44 AM CST to 9:50 AM CST and 10:19 AM CST to 10:46 AM CST. This interruption impacted some users of Hamilton CapTel for PC/Mac, Smartphones, and Tablets, but did not impact any users of the Hamilton CapTel phone. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
On November 4th, Hamilton CapTel experienced an unforeseen interruption in service from approximately 7:05 AM CST to 9:42 AM CST. This interruption impacted some users of the Hamilton CapTel Phone, but did not impact any users of Hamilton CapTel for PC/Mac, Smartphones and Tablets. Service has been restored and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Hamilton CapTel for PC/Mac experienced an unforeseen interruption in service on June 5 at 7:25 am through 9:30 am cst. Service has been restored.

Hamilton CapTel for Smartphones and PC/Mac experienced an unforeseen interruption in service on 10/3/12 from 8:33am cdt to 9:24am cdt. Service has been restored.
Hamilton’s Mobile CapTel service experienced an unforeseen service interruption the morning of Thursday, May 31, 2012. The service was restored as of early afternoon on May 31 and the service is now fully operational.
On May 21st between 11:30 and 1:50 pm (central time), Hamilton Web CapTel experienced an unforeseen service interruption. The issue has been resolved and as of 1:50 pm on May 21st, Hamilton Web CapTel service is again in full service.
